Weekly Sprints 🏃🏾
Following agile principles, the Journey is divided into 4 Sprints:
- Each sprint lasts one week, focusing on a specific topic structured into subtopics.
- A broadcast channel provides relevant information and resources throughout the week, keeping participants engaged.
- Participants take on challenges designed to encourage interaction and knowledge sharing.
- Each sprint feature complementary activities related to the topic and conclude with a dynamic learning session.

Exemplary Structure:
- Pre-Sprint: The participants were added to a dedicated Whatsapp group of the NGC’s community, which served as the main communication hub throughout the week.
- Monday: The participants received an introduction to the week’s topic and gained access to the first chapter Self-Awareness along with curated science-backed resources and key insights on tackling the topic. Additionally, we shared logistical details for the upcoming activities.
- Tuesday: The program’s members dived into the next two chapters Cognitive Patterns and Motivation & Values accompanied by challenges designed to help them apply the concepts throughout the week.
- Thursday: They joined us for an engaging activity/workshop, where we explored the topic through dynamic discussions, interactive exercises, and personal reflections. This session also served as a wrap-up, where we shared key takeaways and insights.
- Friday: The participants received a comprehensive knowledge hub including the blog made by NGC on the topic, compiling all key learnings, insights, and resources from the week. This marked the official conclusion of the topic as we prepared to kick off the next one.
